DESCRIPTION:***rescheduled to June 29th due to weather*** \nOur annual CRC Storrs Pond Picnic is scheduled the week following Summer Celebration Camp as a chance to spend some time with new friends and old friends! This year we will also be having a baptismal service during the picnic to celebrate God’s work in the lives of individuals at CRC. \nThere is no cost to enter the Storrs Pond Recreation Area if you tell the attendant at the entrance booth that you are with Christ Redeemer Church. All are welcome! \nWhat to bring: \n\nA picnic lunch for your family\nSwimsuits & towels for the pool or pond\nBlankets or lawn chairs\nFrisbee\, volleyball\, soccer balls etc.\n\nDirections\nFrom Hanover High School\, head left on Lebanon Street to the light in front of the school. Turn right on to Summer Street.\nAt the next light\, turn left on to S. Park Street.\nAt the second light\, turn right onto Route 10.\nAt the roundabout\, make a right turn on to Reservior Road. Follow until you see a sign for Storrs Pond. Turn left on to the entrance road.\nAfter passing the entrance booth (and telling the attendant you’re with CRC)\, bear left at the fork.\nPark in the area between the pool and the beach. The Dimick Pavilion is on your left as you face the beach.\n \n
