When the worship service is cancelled due to bad weather or some other emergency, the cancellation will be communicated as follows:

An email message will be sent to all those on the Quechee Church Email List* by 6 am.

The church website will be updated to note the cancellation by 7 am with a banner announcing the cancellation.

Even if the service is not cancelled, please use your own best discernment, as to whether it is wise for you to travel. There can be great variation in the weather and road conditions within the broader Upper Valley, and this may preclude you from participation on any given Sunday.

For all other events an email will be sent to participants. If you have any questions, contact the leader of that particular ministry or group.
