Sunday Worship During COVID
Starting on October 3rd, we will return to indoor worship due to the cooler temperatures. We will observe the protocols outlined below out of a desire to accommodate the various needs and concerns among us while still allowing all access to our time of worship.
- Facial coverings are now required by the City of Hartford. Exceptions include children under 2 years and persons with a disability who cannot wear a face covering.
- Physical distancing between household/family units is likewise recommended.
- Communion elements will be available on separate plates for each household
We are offering childcare for children ages 3 and up during the sermon for a Junior Church, a program of teaching and activities in our basement area. In addition, we will continue to set aside the first floor nursery space for parents with infants, where the service can also be streamed.
For those who are unable to join us, we will be posting our Sunday sermon on the church website following the service each week. You can access recent sermons here.
Since January 2018, we have been holding weekly Sunday morning worship services at 9:00 am at The Quechee Church (1905 Quechee Main Street, Quechee, VT).
